A Guide on How to Make Traditional Matcha

What Kind of Matcha Should You Use?

To bring out the best flavor of both teas, you should only use 1st Harvest, Ceremonial Grade Matcha like Vitality Matcha.
Vitality Matcha is made by grinding the youngest and freshest leaves into satin-smooth powder that mixes well with water.
It is packed with L-Theanine which gives the tea a unique lingering sweet taste. This sweetness is more subtle in thin tea, as compared to thick tea.
